\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular meeting of Council held on May 21st, shall be adopted as circulated.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the RCMP Occurrence Stats for January 1st, 2019 to April 30th, 2019 be received.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman contributes $10,000 to RISE for the year 2019.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.

7.\tD. Wagner \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

8.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of one grader operator at the MGRA Managing and Maintaining Gravel Roads Workshop in Brandon, MB on June 24 & 25, 2019 and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said workshop will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

9.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to donate $500 to the Association for Community Living.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tG. Bartel \u2013 D. Wagner
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:20 p.m. to meet again on June 18th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
