\nRESOLVED that we do hereby adjourn the Regular Meeting of Council at 7:22 pm to open the Public Hearing regarding the Variation Application concerning the property known as NE \u00bc of Section 20-37-27 WPM;

\nRESOLVED that, due to cancellation of the event and funding no longer being required, we do hereby agree to rescind Resolution No. 4 dated March 12th, 2019, \tand;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the members of Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West wish to express their commitment to our community\u2019s youth and would consider a grant application for a future event.

\nRESOLVED that a Public Hearing shall be held on May 14th, 2019 at 7:30 pm for the purpose of receiving presentations from those who may be interested as related to the Request for a Variance Order regarding to increase the Maximum Site Area from 10 acres to 54.8 acres within the \u201cAg\u201d Agricultural General Zone\u201d on the property known as the SE \u00bc of Section 18-35-27 WPM and;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all necessary advertising, mailing and posting of the notice for said hearing shall be made in accordance with The Planning Act.

\n\tWHEREAS the Benito LUD Committee has requested that on Monday July 1st, 2019 between the hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm, portions of the following streets within the LUD to be closed;

\nFirst Street West \u2013 from First Avenue West to Second Avenue
\nAND WHEREAS Council agrees that it would help ensure the safety of exhibitors and the general public attending the July 1st event;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West shall support the above request.
