Hutman arrived at 8:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n\t4.11 Cemetery and Park Maintenance Ad<br \/>\n\t4.12 MB Hydro<br \/>\n\t4.13 Bowsman Shop<br \/>\n\t4.14 Employee Matters<\/p>\n<p>1. G. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tD. Wagner \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Councillor Densen shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on April 2nd, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tL. Hutman \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 6412 to 6519 inclusive, amounting to $225,521.79.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tD. Wagner \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Reeve be hereby authorized to sign quotations No. 20118657 with Manitoba Hydro to cost share 50\/50 on pole replacement as attached hereto.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152 (4) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide a grant in the amount of $200.00 to the 2019 Annual Swan Valley 4-H Beef Show &#038; Sale.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L.
