Additions to Agenda:
\n\t4.7 Parkland Regional Library
\n\t4.8 Variance Hearing dates
\n\t4.9 Bowsman shop<\/p>\n

1. W. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

2.\tG. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of Special Meeting of Council held on March 8th, Regular Meeting of Council held on March 19th and Special Meeting of Council held on March 26th, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted. <\/p>\n

4.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO at the MMAA Conference in Brandon April 28th \u2013 May 1st, 2019 and;<\/p>\n

\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said conference will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

5.\tC. Densen \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to renew the Hudson Bay Route Association membership for 2019.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

6.\tD. Wagner \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept the Swan Valley District Recreation Commission 2019 budget as attached.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

7.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

8.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152 (4) of The Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

9.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby accept the following from the Parkland Regional Library:
\n\t\t2018 audited financial statements
\n\t\t2018 Annual Report
\n\t\t2019 budget<\/p>\n

\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the invoice for the 2019 Municipal Levy shall be approved from payment.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tG. Bartel \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO and 3 members of Council at the AMM Education \u2013 Managing the employment relationship \u2013 HR fundamentals for leaders in Brandon May 10th, 2019 and;<\/p>\n

\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said course will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

11.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:08 p.m. to meet again on April 16th, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
