\n– Large increase of mixed material fees
\n– Increase costs of transportation of finished product, and
\nWHEREAS the Town of Swan RIver’s portion of total recycling collected and processed equals 81.6%, therefore be it
\nRESOLVED the TOwn of Swan River cover the 2018 deficit incurred by the Valley Lions Recycling Inc. in the amount of $55,629.95.
