Bartel arrived at 7:15 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n\t4.7 Request for Hourly Rental Rates<br \/>\n\t4.8 Water Hook-up L. Lausman<br \/>\n\t5.11 Kennel permit in Bowsman\t<\/p>\n<p>1. C. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tG. Bartel \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on January 22nd, 2019 and Public Hearing &#038; Special Meeting held on January 29th, 2019 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\n \tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n \tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to the Contract Agreement attached hereto.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tG. Bartel \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to obtain a Swan Valley Collabria Business MasterCard as attached hereto;<br \/>\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT upon receiving the new MasterCard that we will close\/cancel the CUETS MasterCard.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tL. Hutman \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to donate $500.00 to the Minitonas School for their APPLE Schools Program, which promotes nutrition, physical activity and mental health wellness.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the attached letter was received from Sunflower Early Learning Centre Inc. requesting the waiving of rental costs for the Minitonas Town Hall for a fundraising event March 2nd, 2019.<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to waive the rental fee as a donation towards the fundraiser.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tG. Bartel \u2013 D.
