\nAND WHEREAS the Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain has reviewed the proposal for the Swan Lake Watershed Conservation District as prepared by the Manitoba Government that supports a watershed-based approach to water management in Manitoba;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain approve the proposal for the Swan Lake Watershed District and supports the continued membership in this program under the authority of The Watershed Districts Act.
