Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain held Wednesday, January 9th, 2019 in the R.M. of Mountain council chambers in Birch River, Manitoba.

\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby request CLPA to transfer title of the following parcel back to the RM of Mountain;
\nSW 3-33-23W [Roll # 148100.000];
\nAND THAT the RM of Mountain request CLPA to remove this parcel from the joint agriculture agreement and lease listing so that the RM can facilitate an agreement;
