\nRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.

\nRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Public Hearing and Special Meeting of Council held on December 3rd, 2018 and Regular Meeting of Council held on December 4th, 2018 and Special Meeting of Council held December 6th, 2018 shall be adopted as amended.

\nRESOLVED THAT Walter Kolisnyk shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting

\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 5933 to 6074 inclusive, amounting to $298,821.76.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for November 30th, 2018 shall be approved as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\nCarried. <\/p>\n

7.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner
\nRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go `In Camera` as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to open the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay for the removal of beavers as per the attached;
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tG. Bartel \u2013 D. Wagner
\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve one member of Council, Raymond Dietz and Nikee Musey to attend the Landfill Operations Basics Course Feb. 26-28 in Swan River and;
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said course will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

\nRESOLVED THAT the attached Public Works employee transfers be hereby approved.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to apply for a youth position for the summer months under the Canada Summer Jobs Program 2019.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

13.\tD. Wagner \u2013 W. Kolisnyk
\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to apply for 3 youth positions for summer 2019 under the Manitoba Green Team Grant.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:56 p.m. to meet again on January 8th, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
