Bartel<\/p>\n<p>Delegations:<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n\t4.8\tDiscussions for Garbage Detail, Lift Station, etc. until PW position filled<\/p>\n<p>Additional Correspondence:<\/p>\n<p>1. S. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on November 20th, 2018 and Special Meeting held on November 20th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tC. Densen \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime report as submitted,<br \/>\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s individual report.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n \tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT Patti Simpson be appointed Acting CAO.<br \/>\n\tCarried. <\/p>\n<p>7.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 W. Kolisnyk<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to move the January Regular Meeting dates by one week to January 8th and January 22nd, 2019.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached Kennel Permit Application be hereby approved.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tC. Densen \u2013 D. Wagner<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tD.
