Sunday December 9th, 2018 \u201dChristmas Afternoon\u201d at the Harley House was the scene of a crowded room of happy faces. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

This log house was a wonderful setting for a musical afternoon.<\/p>\n

Visitors gathered to hear the \u201cHighly Strung\u201d ukulele group perform a variety of Christmas tunes. <\/p>\n

The ukulele players have been taking lessons at the library with director Martyn Snell. <\/p>\n

This project has been made possible by a grant through New Horizons for Seniors.<\/p>\n

\nDonna Jorundson played some wonderful carols on the piano as everyone enjoyed some coffee, hot apple cider, cookies and conversation. <\/p>\n

Visitors were able to view the historical displays in this beautiful heritage home as well as a collection of nativity scenes.<\/p>\n
