Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on October 16th, 2018 and Inaugural Meeting held October 25th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tG. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.<br \/>\n \tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tW. Kolisnyk \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby endorse The Parkland Public Works Association.<br \/>\n\tCarried. <\/p>\n<p>7.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept the notice received from the Swan Valley School Division to terminate the \u201cgentleman\u2019s agreement\u201d since they no longer need access to the land known as Lot\/Section DES 3\/5, Plan 3162 (Roll#0244100).<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>8.\tG. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the Council has reviewed their committee appointments;<br \/>\n\tTHEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED THAT the attached committee appointments shall be approved.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S.
