\nThe Purpose of the meeting is for:
\nNew Council Members to be appointed to their committees
\nTo appoint a Deputy Reeve<\/p>\n

\n\tMatt Wills

1.\tBILL GADE
\n\tMATT WILLS
\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council held this 26th day of October, 2018 shall be adopted as presented.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

2.\tDARRYL PIERREPONT
\n\tMATT WILLS
\nRESOLVED that the members of Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West do hereby agree to propose the following changes in the position of Deputy Reeve, effective immediately;
\n\t– Brian Burick shall be removed from the position of Deputy Reeve
\n\t– Council member Carrie Blosha shall be appointed as Deputy Reeve
\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the signing authorities for the Municipality of Swan Valley West shall be changed to reflect the aforementioned change in the position of Deputy Reeve.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tCARRIE BLOSHA

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West make the 2018 Committee appointments, as amended in attached Schedule A<\/a>.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Special Council Meeting now adjourn at 3:45 p.m.
