CAO Paige Larocque was present and acted as secretary.
\nFinance Officer Kim Paterson was also present.<\/p>\n

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by Reeve Robert Hanson, quorum being present.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby appoint Stephen Nadolney as Deputy Reeve.
\n\tCARRIED.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby appoint Connie Forbes as Finance Chair.
\n\tCARRIED.<\/p>\n

\nWHEREAS By-Law No. 08\/06 designates signing authority as follows:
\nSIGNING AUTHORITY
\n8.0 Agreements and cheques and other negotiable instruments must be signed or and authorized by
\na. the Head of Council, or in the absence of the Head of Council, the Deputy Reeve, and
\nb. the Chief Administrative Officer or, in the absence of the Chief Administrative Officer, the Finance Officer.
\nAND WHEREAS Swan Valley Credit Union requires a Resolution of Council designating signing authority;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby designate signing authority as follows:
\nREEVE \u2013 Robert Hanson
\nDEPUTY REEVE \u2013 Stephen Nadolney
\nCAO \u2013 Paige Larocque
\nFINANCE OFFICER \u2013 Kim Paterson

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby approve work orders #111\/18 to #120\/18 attached hereto.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby approve the Drainage Licences as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.
