S\/NE Section 23-38-27WPM<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit is required to reconstruct a drain \tapproximately 12 feet deep.<br \/>\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the fee of $ 25.00 for this permit application \tpayable to the Minister of Finance is approved for payment.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\nWHEREAS the owners of PT N.E.  \u00bc SEC. 6-35-29 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and;<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated October 15, 2018 and have no objections to the aforementioned minor subdivision;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the minor subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tDAVID MINISH<br \/>\n\tBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nWHEREAS the owners of PT N.E.  \u00bc SEC. 20-36-27 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and;<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated October 15, 2018 and have no objections to the aforementioned minor subdivision;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tDAVID MINISH<br \/>\n\tTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nWHEREAS the owners of PT N.E.  \u00bc SEC. 29-36-29 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and;<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated October 9, 2018 and have no objections to the aforementioned  subdivision;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tTABLED<\/p>\n<p>8.\tDAVID MINISH<br \/>\n\tTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nWHEREAS the owners of PT S.W. \u00bc SEC. 33-34-29 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and:<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated July 23rd, 2018 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>9.\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\n\tBRIAN BURICK<br \/>\nWHEREAS the owners of PT S.E. \u00bc SEC. 13-36-28 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and:<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated October 19th, 2018 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>10.\tCARRIE BLOSHA<br \/>\n\tTERRY NEELY<br \/>\nRESOLVED that By-Law No. 0071-18; Being a By-Law of the Municipality of Swan Valley West to close a public lane is hereby in the process of being repealed;<br \/>\nResolved that By-Law No. 0071-18 be given its second reading towards being repealed this 23rd day of October, 2018.<br \/>\nCarried.<\/p>\n<p>11.\tTERRY NEELY<br \/>\n\tDAVID MINISH<br \/>\nRESOLVED that By-Law No. 0071-18;
