\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does \thereby approve the Application for the Licence to Construct Municipal \tMinor Water Control Works as follows;
\n– S\/NE Section 23-38-27WPM
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit is required to reconstruct a drain \tapproximately 12 feet deep.
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED the fee of $ 25.00 for this permit application \tpayable to the Minister of Finance is approved for payment.

\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the minor subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.

\nRESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West approves the Land Lease and Air Transportation Business Operations Agreement between the Swan Valley Municipal Airport Commission and Swan Valley Air Ltd.

\nWHEREAS Council has become aware that the increased cost of fuel has \tcaused undue financial difficulty for trappers hired by the Municipality to \tremove nuisance beaver;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Council for the Municipality of Swan \tValley West shall increase the payment per trapped beaver from $25.00 \tto $50.00 for both the Municipal Beaver Program and the Farmland \tBeaver Program.

**With reference to the October 23rd, 2018 Agenda, Item # 5, Resolution 14 regarding Approval of Cheques David Minish, a member of Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West, disclosed a personal interest in the matter before council.**<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does \thereby approved the following payments:
\nGeneral Cheques #14783 to #14829 in the amount of \t$106,245.04
\nGeneral Cheques # 14830 to # 14836 in the amount of\t $ 13,027.85
\nPayroll Cheques #2288 to #2305 in the amount of\t $ 21,394.84
\nIndemnity Cheques # 2278 to # 2287 in the amount of\t $ 8,187.00
\nFor a Grand Total of \t\t$ 148,854.73

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go into camera and close the meeting to continue discussions regarding Legal and Employee Matters.

\nWHEREAS the Municipality has an agreement to purchase land from R. \tBruce and Barbara Ash.
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West \tdoes hereby agree to settle the landowner agreement at E \u00bd 10-36-28 \tWPM according to schedule A.
