\nRESOLVED that notice of absence has been received by phone from Council Member, Irwin Steen regarding the Special Meeting of Council held on this 16th day of October, 2018 and shall be accepted by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West. Councillor Steen gives his permission for the meeting to be held in his absence.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council held this 16th day of October, 2018 shall be adopted as presented.

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go into camera and close the meeting to the public.

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(4) of the Municipal Act, this meeting shall be re-opened to the public.
