\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of Council held this 9th day of October, 2018 shall be adopted as presented.

\nRESOLVED that the minutes from the Regular council Meeting held on September 25th, 2018 shall be approved as presented.

\nRESOLVED that the Council of the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby authorize the Public Works Department to supply Fred Fuchs with 10 rolls of snow fence.

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approve interest charge reversals for Roll #169200 in the amount of $13.77, Roll #16900 in the amount of $10.14, Roll #169800 in the amount of $19.85, and Roll #170050 in the amount of $9.77 for the total being $53.53.

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the Council does approve the payment to Balchen & Kulchycki Surveys in the amount of $1837.50 for the field survey of part NE \u00bc 3-36-28 and E \u00bd 10-36-28.

\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA
\nRESOLVED that the Council of the Municipality of Swan Valley West hereby approve to replace the overhead heater in the Benito Fire Fall.
\nWHEREAS policy states three quotes are required; and only one has been received; upon receipt of the remaining quotes the CAO and the Reeve are authorized to review and accept the most reasonable quote.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that Council does hereby authorize the signing of the 911 Service Agreement for 2019. The annual service fee equals resident population times the base fee of $4.34.

\nWHEREAS the owners of PT S.W. \u00bc SEC. 9-35-27 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and:
\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated September 10th, 2018 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.

\nWHEREAS the owners of PT S.W. \u00bc SEC. 35-36-27 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and:
\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated July 23rd, 2018 and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.

\nBE IT RESOLVED that Council does hereby approve the payment for the 2018 Doctor Recruitment and Retention Levies in the amount of $45,264.00.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the Council is making a Declaration\/Proclamation for \u201cMedical Radiation Technology Week\u201d which takes place Canada-wide over November 4th to November 10th, 2018.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

12.\tTERRY NEELY
\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA
\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has agreed to allow businesses within the municipality to establish credit accounts through which they may charge landfill levies at the Swan River Landfill Site, and the application for said credit includes approval from the municipality, and;
\nWHEREAS the required areas of the Credit Application received has been completed, reviewed by the Council, and found to be acceptable for the purpose under which it has been submitted;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to approve the Credit Application submitted by;
\n-Delaurier Concrete & Construction Ltd.-Dated June 2018
\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that CAO Deidre Bilyk shall be authorized to sign said agreement on behalf of the Municipality of Swan Valley West.

\nRESOLVED that the following Animal Control Report shall be received by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West:
\n– Rural Animal Control Officer\u2019s Report for the month of September 2018
\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for the above services shall be approved as submitted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

14.\tBRIAN BURICK

\nRESOLVED that the following Animal Control Report shall be received by
\nthe Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West;
\n– Urban Animal Control Officer\u2019s Report for the month of September, 2018
\nAND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for the above services shall be approved as submitted.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

15.\tBRIAN BURICK
\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA
\nWHEREAS it is necessary to update the Airport Land Lease Agreement;
\nWHEREAS there has been no change to the terms and conditions of the agreement;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby agree to continue with the Airport Land Lease Agreement between the Swan Valley Municipal Airport Commission, the Town of Swan River and the Municipality of Swan Valley West and authorize the Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer to sign said agreement on behalf of the Municipality.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that By-Law No. 0071-18; Being a By-Law of the Municipality of Swan Valley West to close a public lane is hereby in the process of being repealed;
\nResolved that By-Law No. 0071-18 be given its first reading towards being repealed this 9th day of October, 2018.

\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approved the following payments:
\nGeneral Cheques #14704 and #14733 to #14782 in the amount of \t$324,307.31
\nPayroll Cheques #14732 and #2260 to #2277 in the amount of \t$21,179.93
\nFor a Grand Total of\t$345,487.24
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go into camera and close the meeting to the public.
