\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on September 18th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime report as submitted,
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s individual report.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

5.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tWHEREAS Council has reviewed the attached \u201cApplication for License to Construct Water Control Works\u201d for NW\/NE 5-35-26W and has no concerns with the description of work to be completed.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to approve the application.
\n \tCarried.<\/p>\n

6.\tG. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize the CAO to sign the 911 Service Agreement with the City of Brandon, Manitoba on behalf of the Municipality.
\n\tCarried. <\/p>\n

7.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of the Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to purchase tires for 1 grader as per the attached quote.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:20 p.m. to meet again on October 16th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
