\nRESOLVED that notice of absence has been received by phone from Council Member, Irwin Steen regarding the Special Meeting of Council held on this 5th day of October, 2018 and shall be accepted by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West. Councillor Steen gives his permission for the meeting to be held in his absence.

\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Special Meeting of Council held this 5th day of October, 2018 shall be adopted as presented.

\n\tCARRIE BLOSHA
\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go into camera and close the meeting to the public.

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(4) of the Municipal Act, this meeting shall be re-opened to the public.

\nBE IT RESOLVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby agree that effective Tuesday October 9th, 2018 that Pat Ellingson is removed as SEO for the Municipality.
\nCarried.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESLOVED that the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby agree that effective Tuesday October 9th, 2018 that Shirley Bateman is appointed as the SEO for the Municipality.

\nRESOLVED that the Special Council Meeting now adjourn at 7:31 p.m.
