\nWhereas it is in the public\u2019s interest to raise citizen\u2019s awareness on reducing avoidable accidents and damage caused by collisions at level crossings
\nOr Incidents involving trains and citizens;
\nWhereas Operation Lifesaver is a public\/private partnership whose aim is to work with
\nThe rail industry, governments, police services, the media and other agencies
\nAnd the Public to raise rail safety awareness;
\nWhereas CN has requested Municipal Council adopt the resolution in support of its ongoing effort to save lives and prevent injuries in communities, including our municipality;

\nWHEREAS the owners of PT S.E. \u00bc SEC. 10-37-28 WPM have made application to subdivide this property, and;
\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has reviewed said application, along with the letter received from Community and Regional Planning dated August 29th, 2018 that is a revised conditional approval and have no objections to the aforementioned subdivision;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED we do hereby approve the subdivision of the aforementioned property, provided all conditions set out in said letter from the Province of Manitoba, Community and Regional Planning Branch are met.
