\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go in \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Leanne Hutman shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on June 19th, 2018 and of the Special Meeting of Council held on June 18th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 5216 to 5321 inclusive, amounting to $188,801.99.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for the month ending June 30th, 2018 shall be approved as presented.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
8.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime report as submitted.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s individual report.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
10.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Board of Revision date for the 2019 Assessment Roll will be set for October 16th, 2018 at 8:00pm.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT an ad shall be placed in the Star and Times given public notice.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all members of Council shall be appointed as members of the Board of Revision, that Reeve or Deputy Reeve shall be appointed as the Chairperson, and that C.A.O. Kasey Chartrand shall be appointed as the Recording Secretary to hear appeals to the real property, personal property and business property assessment roll for 2019.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to reverse the attached invoice.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:05 p.m. to meet again on August 7th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
