\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Garry Bartel shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on May 1st, 2018 and the Special Meeting minutes held on May 7th and May 9th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 4951 to 5074 excluding cheque 5054 in the amount of $17,864.63 amounting to $412,887.16

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement and Bank Reconciliation for the month ending April 30th, 2018 shall be approved as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman hereby requests the Minister of Municipal Relations grant an extension to June 30, 2018 to submit our Financial Plan for 2018.

7.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime report as submitted.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s individual report.

8.\tC. Densen \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
9.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT all members of Council as well as the CAO shall be authorized to attend the upcoming AMM District Meeting in Swan River, Manitoba June 8th, 2018.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said meeting will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

10.\tL. Hutman \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO at the Municipal Elections Seminar in Brandon, MB on June 22nd, 2018 and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said seminar will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

11.\tG. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to pay the attached invoice for repairs and improvements to the Bowsman Fire Department water truck.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the funds for the repairs and improvements shall be transferred from the Emergency Services Equipment Reserve.

12.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to amend Schedule \u201cA\u201d to by-law no. 4\/2014 as attached.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:45 p.m. to meet again on June 5th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
