\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

2.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on April 17th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime report as submitted.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s individual report.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

4.\tL. Hutman \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

5.\tG. Bartel \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to purchase Magnesium Chloride for Dust Control from Fort Distributors as per the attached details & quote, and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the cost for private dust control shall be set at $350.00 for 300 feet (approximately 1000 liters of Magnesium Chloride).

6.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tWHEREAS a notice of motion was received from Councillor Walmsley on April 17th, 2018 at a Regular Meeting of Council, that he would move a motion to rescind Resolution # 1 from the April 9th, 2018 Special Meeting of Council; and
\n\tWHEREAS all members of Council, who were present at the April 9th, 2018 Special Meeting of Council are in attendance and deem it necessary to rescind Resolution # 1 regarding municipal equipment.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT resolution # 1 be rescinded.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

7.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide a donation in the amount of $400.00 to Swan Valley Folk Fest 2018.
\n\tDefeated.<\/p>\n

8.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to authorize the Minitonas & Bowsman Fire Departments to do controlled burns at the Minitonas & Bowsman Nuisance Grounds.

9.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to accept the bid for the 1979 Tusco tri-axle lowbed with jeep and gas engine as attached.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

11.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:02 p.m. to meet again on May 15th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
