\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Regular Meeting of Council held this 8th day of May 2018 shall be adopted as presented.

\nRESOLVED that the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West held on April 27th, 2018 shall be adopted as circulated.

\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby approve the Application for Licence to Construct Water Control Works on the SE \u00bc of 6-36-27W;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Works Foreman shall be authorized to obtain any necessary approval from local landowners and sign said application on behalf of the Municipality.

\nRESOLVED that the Rural Animal Control Officer Report for the month of April 2018 shall be received, and that payment for said services shall be approved as submitted.

Council Member \u2013 Declaration of Conflict of Interest<\/p>\n
With reference to the May 8th, 2018 Agenda, Resolution #7 regarding the purchase of a Pressure Washer, Irwin Steen, a member of Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West disclosed a personal interest in the matter before Council.<\/p>\n
Council Member Irwin Steen withdrew from the meeting at 7:10 p.m. without participation in the matter under discussion.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West approve the purchase of a Pressure Washer in the amount of $2,373.00.

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of The Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go in-camera and close the meeting to the public to discuss employee related matters.
