Under this agreement,\u00a0Bowsman Early\u00a0Learning Centre\u00a0(BELC) will receive\u00a0capital\u00a0grant\u00a0funding\u00a0of up to $263,533\u00a0for the\u00a0renovation of two school classrooms. The project will create\u00a0up to\u00a012\u00a0new\u00a0child-care\u00a0spaces, including\u00a0four\u00a0infant and\u00a0eight\u00a0preschool spaces with 15 after school spaces being considered as well.
