As people filled the streets of Minitonas they were able to enjoy the last of the moderate temperatures before the frigid weather covered the area over throughout much of Christmas and New Years.<\/p>\n<p>The gathering, hosted by the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman, is an annual event and features hot chocolate and hot dogs.<\/p>\n<p><a at the event and it was the perfect weather for a sleigh ride together around the streets of Minitonas.  <\/p>\n<p><a
