CAO Robin Wiebe was present and acted as secretary.<\/p>\n

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by Reeve Marvin Kovachik, quorum being present.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the November 22nd, 2017 Regular Meeting of Council be adopted as amended.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the regular meeting of Council held November 8th, 2017 be adopted as presented, all requirements having been complied with.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby amend Committee Appointments as per Schedule \u201cA\u201d attached hereto.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby adopt the Municipal Land Lease Policy as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\nWHEREAS Fire Department Purchasing Policy states that all purchases of the Fire Department must be authorized by Council in advance;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain approve the purchase requests as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\nRESOLVED THAT Cheque Nos. 20171431 to 20171479 amounting to $95,611.07, including Direct Deposit Payroll in the amount of $4,439.98, attached hereto as Schedule A, be approved for payment.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby be authorized to attend the G5 meeting \u201cMaking a Connection between Municipalities & Healthcare\u201d in Swan River, MB on November 22nd, 2017;
\nAND THAT expenses be allowed for same.
