Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of the Rural Municipality of Mountain held Wednesday, October 11th, 2017 in the R.M. of Mountain Council Chambers in Birch River, Manitoba.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby accept and approve the Financial Statement for the month ending September 30th, 2017, as presented.

\nWHEREAS Fire Department Purchasing Policy states that all purchases of the Fire Department must be authorized by Council in advance;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain approve the purchase requests as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby accept the recommendation from Pine River Fire Chief for PRFD membership as attached in Schedule \u2018A\u2019 hereto.

\nRESOLVED THAT Cheque Nos. 20171207 to 20171301 be approved for payment in the amount of $90,151.31, including 6,789.76 for Council indemnities, as per By-Law 03\/16, and Direct Deposit Payroll in the amount of 4,378.62 as attached hereto as Schedule A.
\nAND FURTHER IT BE RESOLVED THAT the direct payment of 8,727.49 for Receiver General September 2017 be approved for payment.

\napprove the execution of a Service Agreement with Swan Valley Veterinary Clinic for animal control\/care, terms and conditions attached hereto in Schedule \u201cA\u201d;
\nAND THAT the Reeve and CAO be authorized to sign on behalf of the Municipality.

\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby:
\nRequest CLPA transfer title back to the RM of Mountain to facilitate the sale to leaseholder(s).
