\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
2.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of Regular Meeting of Council held on July 25th, 2017 and the Special Meeting of Council held on June 30th, 2017 shall be adopted as circulated.

3.\tL. Hutman \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize the CAO to sign the attached document regarding Federal Gas Tax Top-Up funding.

4.\tG. Bartel \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to place an 1\/8-page ad in the Rec & Leisure Guide as attached.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
5.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tWHEREAS all properties with taxes owing for any portion of the year 2015 or prior, are scheduled to be offered for sale by public auction on November 17, 2017 and;
\n\tWHEREAS under the authority of Section 372 of The Municipal Act the municipality has the authority to set a reserve bid amount and appoint a designated officer to bid on their behalf;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to set a Reserve Bid in the amount of the tax arrears, all interest accumulated on those arrears to date, and any costs outstanding at the time of auction, including any and all tax sale costs;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the CAO for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman shall be appointed as a \u2018Designated Officer\u2019 to bid on any properties to be sold by auction on behalf of the municipality.

6.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the attached Application for License to Construct Water Control Works received from Manitoba Water Stewardship in regards to SE 2-36-27W which borders the boundary road #157W between the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman and the Municipality of Swan Valley West.

7.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tWHEREAS the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman had requested quotes from local businesses within the Swan Valley for appliances for the Minitonas Town Hall; and
\nWHEREAS 2 quotes were received and have been reviewed by Council;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to purchase appliances for the Minitonas Town Hall as per the attached.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:48 p.m. to meet again on August 15th, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
