Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of the Rural Municipality of Mountain held Wednesday, July 12th, 2017 in the R.M. of Mountain Council Chambers in Birch River, Manitoba.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the July 12th, 2017 Regular Meeting of Council be adopted as amended.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Public Hearing held June 28th, 2017 regarding Zoning Variance No. VAR02-2017 be adopted as presented, all requirements having been complied with.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby approve the request of the Birch River Fire Department to operate the 1995 F-700 in the NW Roundup Parade July 28th, 2017.

\nRESOLVED THAT Cheque Nos. 20170766 to 20170858 be approved for payment in the amount of $102,809.51, including 6,769.65 for Council indemnities, as per By-Law 03\/16, and Direct Deposit Payroll in the amount of 4,436.33 as attached hereto as Schedule A.
\nAND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT the direct payment amount of $5,370.47 for Receiver General June 2017 be approved for payment.
\nAND FURTHER IT BE RESOLVED THAT Cheque No. 20161644 be void and replaced with Cheque No. 20170766 as it is stale dated.

\nAND THAT the CAO and Reeve be authorized to sign on behalf of the municipality.
