\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council on June 20th, 2017 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does \thereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime reports as submitted,
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s report.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Leanne Hutman shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.

\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 3633 to 3780 inclusive, amounting $397,954.94.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement and Bank Reconciliation for the month ending June 30th, 2017 shall be approved as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attached transfer.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize the Chief Administrative Officer to sign the contract proposal from Northern Specialties Ltd. for the renovations to the \u201cMarketplace\u201d area of the Minitonas Town Hall, as per the quote provided.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to post signs as requested under the attached terms and conditions.

11. \tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tWHEREAS Council has received a letter from the Swan Lake Watershed Conservation District regarding the re-shaping of a natural run on NW 4-36-25W; and
\n\tWHEREAS Council has reviewed that planned project and is in agreement of the work to be done.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman shall send a letter to the SLWCD Manager in support of the planned re-shaping of the natural run on NW 4-36-25W.
\n\tCarried.\t<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:00 p.m. to meet again on August 1st, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
