\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Courtney Densen shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this council meeting.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on June 6th, \t\t2017 and the Special Meeting of Council held on June 8th, 2017 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 3517 to 3632 inclusive, amounting to $565,675.99.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement and Bank Reconciliation for the month ending May 31st, 2017 shall be approved as presented.

\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime reports as submitted.
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s report.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does herby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached requests for leave shall be approved by the Council for \tthe Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to cancel the July 4th Council meeting and move the 2nd Regular Council Meeting in July to July 25th.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to submit the attached Community Impact Statement to Manitoba DFA.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached cemetery fees shall be adopted.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide a grant to the Bowsman Early Learning Centre in the amount of $2,000.00 to be used towards the cost of an engineering study, as per their request.

\n\tWHEREAS the Council has posted notices around the municipality and has receive the attached nomination for which they feel fit the criteria for receipt of the \u2018Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Volunteer Award\u2019;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the awards shall be presented to those individuals name on the attached Nomination Form and shall be presented at the July 1st Pancake Breakfast, and
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the names of the award recipients shall be kept confidential until the time of the presentation.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to accept the quote from Campbell Construction for the 2 MRIP projects as per the attached.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Bowsman Office shall be open on the following dates;
\n\tJuly 27th, 28th (afternoon only), 31st
\n\tAugust 24th & 25th

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does herby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
17.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tWHEREAS Council has received the attached request from the Minitonas Mini Makers 4H Group to install a two-seat swing and signage at the Minitonas 4H Park.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize the 4H group to install a two seat swing and signage at the Minitonas 4H Park.
\n\tCarried. <\/p>\n
18.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to purchase water meters for Minitonas and Bowsman as per the 2017 Financial Plan.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the meters shall be paid for with Federal Gas Tax dollars as well as Community Development Initiative funds from Manitoba Hydro.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to adopt the attached policy known as \u2018Beaver Removal & Beaver Dam Removal\u2019.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:40 p.m. to meet again on July 25th at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
