The meeting was called to order at 10:45 A.M. by Reeve Marvin Kovachik, quorum being present.<\/p>\n

\nRESOLVED THAT Cheque Nos. 20170583 to 20170703 be approved for payment in the amount of $95,318.97, including $6,326.87 for Council indemnities, as per By-Law 03\/16, and Direct Deposit Payroll in the amount of 7,761.32 as attached hereto as Schedule A.
\nAND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT the direct payment amount of $4,847.47 for Receiver General May 2017 be approved for payment.

\nAND FURTHER IT BE RESOLVED THAT the plan entry date into the Municipal Employees Benefits Program be May 27, 2017.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain accept the recommendation to hire Quintin Rowe for the Green Team position at Birch River, to commence when mutually agreed upon, terms and conditions as outlined in the Green Team Program.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain accept the recommendation to hire Hunter Clarkson for the Green Team position at Mafeking, to commence when mutually agreed upon, terms and conditions as outlined in the Green Team Program.
