The Zoning Variance Hearing No. VAR01-2017 was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by Reeve Kovachik, quorum being present.<\/p>\n

Zoning Variance Hearing No. VAR01-2017 for KOLODICHUK \u2013 accessary building – not permitted without primary structure.<\/p>\n

Zoning Variance Application presented to Council.<\/p>\n

The Applicant was not in attendance.
\nNo other members of the public were in attendance.
\nNo representations were made.
\nNo objections were filed.<\/p>\n

\nWHEREAS Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain held a public hearing on May 24th, 2017 to present the Request for Zoning Variance No. VAR01-2017 [Kolodichuk], requesting Variance to Section 2.5 Accessory Uses of Zoning By-Law No. 08\/04;
\nAND WHEREAS
\nThere were no objections; or
\nAll objections were heard
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the public hearing regarding the Request for Zoning Variance No. VAR01-2017 be hereby adjourned at 11:36 a.m.
