The meeting was called to order at 10:01 A.M. by Reeve Marvin Kovachik, quorum being present.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the May 10th, 2017 Regular Meeting of Council be adopted as amended.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the Minutes of the Financial Plan Public Hearing held April 28th, 2017 be adopted as presented, all requirements having been complied with.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby adopt the Development Incentive Program as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain approve the purchase requests as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\nRESOLVED THAT Cheque Nos. 20170520 to 20170562 be approved for payment in the amount of $45,412.13, including 5,847.43 for Council indemnities, as per By-Law 03\/16, attached hereto as Schedule \u201cA\u201d.
\nAND FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT the direct payment amount of $4,884.46 for Receiver General April 2017 be approved for payment.
