\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152(3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of the Municipal Act.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on April 4th, 2017 and the Special Meeting of Council held on April 11th, 2017 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Stuart Walmsley shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this Council meeting.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 3277 to 3394 inclusive, amounting to $425,207.25.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement and Bank Reconciliation for the month ending March 31st, 2017 shall be approved as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to place an ad in the Star & Times and on Valley Biz for a period of 2 weeks, advertising for the positions of Summer Laborers from June 1st, 2017 to August 31st, 2017 and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the deadline for applications shall be set at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 12th, 2017.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the Minitonas Fire Chief at the 2017 Fire Chief Conference in Winnipeg, MB on June 1st \u2013 June 3rd, 2017;<\/p>\n
\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses related to said conference will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to accept the attached list of changes to the Minitonas Fire Department members list as per the recommendation of the Minitonas Fire Chief.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT By-law No. 03\/2017, being a By-law of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman for the purpose of opening a municipal road in the municipality, shall be read a third time this 18th day of April, 2017 A.D., signed by the Reeve, and signed and sealed by the Chief Administrative Officer.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to purchase a commercial dishwasher for the Minitonas Town Hall as per the attached quote.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby designate the date of May 13th, 2017 as the Lenswood Community Event known as the \u201cLenswood Mother\u2019s Day Dance\u201d.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of Wayne Hay at the Schulte Mower Service School in Neepawa, MB on May 2nd, 2017;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said seminar will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-laws.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-law.
