CAO Robin Wiebe was present and acted as secretary.<\/p>\n

The meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M. by Reeve Marvin Kovachik, quorum being present.<\/p>\n

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT the Agenda for the March 3rd, 2017 Special Budget Meeting of Council be adopted as presented.

\nBE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain hereby authorize the Volunteer Transfer as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto;
\nAND THAT the Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to sign on behalf of the Municipality.
