CAO Robin Wiebe was present and acted as secretary.<\/p>\n

The meeting was called to order at 9:58 A.M. by Reeve Marvin Kovachik, quorum being present.<\/p>\n

\nWHEREAS Fire Department Purchasing Policy states that all purchases of the Fire Department must be authorized by Council in advance;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of the Rural Municipality of Mountain approve the purchase requests as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.

\nin Mafeking, MB [Roll #302064] from L. McCulloch in the amount of $1565.00;
\nplus $465 legal and administration cost [1 parcel]; OR
\nthe purchaser will retain their own legal services with transfer completed within ninety days;
\nSubject to the following additional Terms and Conditions:
\nreceipt of (gross) proceeds of sale in full
