\n\tRESOLVED THAT Garry Bartel shall be appointed as Finance Chair for this Council meeting.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on February 7th, 2017 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 3051 to 3165 inclusive, amounting to $1,289,407.37.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve a grant in the amount of $1000.00 to the Tent Town Garden Club for the community beautification.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby accept the 2016 Draft Financial Statement for the RM & Town of Minitonas Handi-Van Association as presented by BMP Chartered Accountants as per the attached.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does \thereby \tapprove the proposed 2017 Budget for the RM & Town of Minitonas Handi-Van \tAssociation as attached hereto, and the submission of a request for a grant in the amount \tof $18,960 from the Province of Manitoba.

8.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tWHEREAS tenders were received and reviewed by Stantec Consulting Ltd. and the attached Tender Award Recommendation Letter was received and reviewed by the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman for major flood repairs required to Site 106\/2013.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to award the East Favel River Bridge Replacement (Site 106\/2013) for the amount of $553,241.85 (including GST) to the contractor Minty\u2019s Moving Ltd. and that the Reeve and CAO shall be authorized to sign the related documents on behalf of the municipality, and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all costs incurred for the aforementioned repairs shall be covered under the Disaster Assistance Program for the year 2013,

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:58 p.m. to meet again on March 7th, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
