\nWHEREAS written notice of absence was received from Councillor Blosha regarding the Regular Meeting of Council held on the 13th day of December, 2016;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the same shall be accepted by the members of Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West with respect to this continuation of said Regular Meeting of Council held this 15th day of December, 2016.

\nRESOLVED that the Agenda for the Continuation of the Regular Meeting of Council held this 15th day of December, 2016 shall be adopted as presented.

\n RESOLVED that the Urban PW Report for the period ending November 30th, 2016 shall be received by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West as submitted by the Urban Public Works \u2013 Assistant Foreman.

\nRESOLVED that Agenda Item No. 5.1 shall be tabled until such time as the 2015 \tMunicipal Audit becomes available.

\nRESOLVED that the Job description for the position of Casual Public Works Labourer \tshall be approved and adopted by the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley \tWest.

\nWHEREAS the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West has received and reviewed the written request submitted regarding an access road to the Property known as Part of the NE \u00bc 16-33-28W and;
\nWHEREAS the members of Council do not feel that there is an affordable way to access said land from existing municipal right-of-way;
\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that we do hereby agree to encourage the owner of the aforementioned property to attempt to negotiate with the owners of neighboring lands.

\nRESOLVED that we do hereby approve a member of Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West to attend the Strategic Plan Meeting being held by the Swan Valley School Division on January 18th, 2017.

\nRESOLVED that Building Permit Report for the period ending November 30th, 2016 \tshall be accepted as received.

\nRESOLVED that Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West does hereby agree to \tprovide the Superintendent of Public Works with the authority to sell used grader \ttires as per his recommendation dated December 13th, 2016, with the proceeds to be \tdeposited to the municipality\u2019s miscellaneous revenue.

\nRESOLVED that the Council for the Municipality of Swan Valley West do hereby agree to extend the deadline for submission of Tenders for the 2017 Gravel Hauling and 2017 Gravel Crushing to January 20th, 2017.

\nRESOLVED that pursuant to Section 152(3) of the Municipal Act, the Council as a whole shall go into camera and close the meeting to continue discussions regarding employment matters.
