\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Agenda be adopted as amended.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

2.\tJ.Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on October 18th, 2016 and the Special Meeting of Council held on October 20th 2016 shall be adopted as circulated.
\n \tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expenses Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

4.\tL. Hutman \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas & District Arena Board has requested funding to be put towards the \u201cRink Glass Capital Project\u201d;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council does hereby agree to provide funding as per the attached.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

5.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to place the attached \u00bc page \u2013 black & white ad in the Military Service Recognition Book.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

6.\tC. Densen \u2013 S. Walmsley
\nRESOLVED THAT the Reeve and Chief Administrative Officer be authorized to sign the Bowsman Nuisance Ground Agreement with the Municipality of Swan Valley West on behalf of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

7.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

8.\tL. Hutman \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:15 p.m. to meet again on November 15th, \t2016 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
