The Ten Thousand Villages Sale took place in Swan River on November 17 through 19, 2016. <\/p>\n

The sale featured handcrafted products made by disadvantaged artisans. <\/p>\n

\nMany people stopped by to find some unique items, to get a start on their Christmas shopping and to support Fair Trade.<\/p>\n

Fair Trade is a trading partnership, based on dialogue, transparency and respect, that seeks greater equity in international trade. It contributes to sustainable development by offering better trading conditions to, and securing the rights of, marginalized producers and workers \u2013 especially in the South.<\/p>\n
