\n<\/br>1.\tThe Board approved the transportation request for two students from Saskatchewan to attend Benito School. This is part of the Interprovincial Agreement. <\/p>\n
2.\tThe Board was informed that a request for additional space was being made by the Benito \tChild Care Centre. The Superintendent and the Principal will meet with the \tBenito Child Care Board to discuss its request and collect information. Final decision will \tbe made by the Board.<\/p>\n
3.\tA list of Bus Drivers who received a Safe Driving Award for 2015-16 was provided to the \tBoard.<\/p>\n
4.\tThe Board was provided an update on the Employee Registered Pension Plan.<\/p>\n
5.\tThe Board approved the PD request for two staff members to attend Agri-Trend Farm \tForum in Calgary. This conference will explore cutting edge farm technologies in the \tfield of agriculture. This is an area of interest for possible future program development \tby the Regional High School.<\/p>\n
6.\tThe Board Strategic Planning Day has been set for January 18th. Invitations will be sent \tout shortly to various stakeholders.<\/p>\n
7.\tThe Board spent time reviewing drafts of its new Vision and Mission Statements. The \tBoard will take these draft Vision and Mission Statements to the Strategic Planning Day \tto get input from the stakeholders.<\/p>\n
