Eisner<br \/>\nCouncillors: G. Bartel, J. Caruk, C. Densen, L. Hutman, L. Mychalchuk,<br \/>\nS. Walmsley<\/p>\n<p>C.A.O. \u2013 K. Chartrand<\/p>\n<p>Delegations:<br \/>\n\t7:30 p.m. \u2013 Barry Ross &#8211; AMCP<\/p>\n<p>Additions to Agenda:<br \/>\n\t3.1\tSLWCD \u2013 Audited Financial Report <\/p>\n<p>1.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on July 19th, 2016 shall be adopted as circulated.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tC. Densen \u2013 S. Walmsley<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Audited Financial Statement for the SLWCD for the year ending March 31st, 2016 shall be received.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>3.\tG. Bartel \u2013 C. Densen<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Report as submitted.<br \/>\n \tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>4.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tWHEREAS the Minitonas Fire Chief feels it is in the best interest of the Municipality for the Minitonas Fire Department to respond to all motor vehicle accidents every time EMS is dispatched even if vehicle extrication is not required.<br \/>\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council does hereby agree to now respond to all motor vehicle accidents every time EMS is dispatched.<br \/>\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the CAO shall be authorized to provide a letter to E911 changing the operational guidelines.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Councillor Mychalchuk declared a conflict &#038; left the meeting at 9:20 pm.<\/p>\n<p>5.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to accept the quote from Cook Bros. Cartage for the MRIP project as per the attached, and;<br \/>\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the attached Aggregate Grading Specifications be the requirements for this project.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>Councillor Mychalchuk returned to the meeting at 9:40 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>6.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman<br \/>\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to adopt the attached policy.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>7.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel<br \/>\nWHEREAS the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman has received a quote from Westman Business in regards to telephone and internet services at the Minitonas Library; and<br \/>\nWHEREAS there is a significant price difference between MTS and Westman;<br \/>\nTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to switch telephone and internet services to Westman Business as per the attached.<br \/>\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n<p>\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L.
