\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes from the Regular Meeting of Council held on July 5th, 2016 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby authorize payment of the List of Accounts numbered 2116 to 2248 inclusive, amounting to $310,701.08.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Financial Statement for the month ending June 30th, 2016 shall be approved as presented.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
7.\tL. Hutman \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\nRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime reports as submitted,
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s report.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the CAO at the Capital Assets in a Municipal Environment Seminar in Brandon MB on September 9th, 2016 and;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said seminar will be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

9.\tC. Densen \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tWHEREAS Manitoba Hydro has submitted plans for proposed Natural Gas Works (File Number 2016-04601); and
\n\tWHEREAS the plans have been review and there are no objections from Council;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council does hereby approve the plans and authorize the CAO to sign on behalf of the Municipality.

10.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the council does hereby agree to enter into an Agreement for Contract Services as per the attached;
\n\tCarried<\/p>\n
11.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\nRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to place a 1\/8 ad in the Rec & Leisure Guide as attached.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
12.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tWHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman is in need of extra equipment to insure the completion of 2013 and 2014 flood repairs in the municipality before the 2016 construction season ends, and;
\n\tWHEREAS the council has reviewed and is in agreement with the terms & conditions on the rental agreements provided by Brandt Tractor Ltd. a copy of which is attached hereto;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to enter into an agreement for rental of a John Deere 650K LGP Dozer and authorize the CAO to sign said agreement on behalf of the municipality.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act, and with respect to item #4.9.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
14.\tL. Hutman \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do agree to return to reopen the meeting to the public in accordance with Subsection 152(4) of The Municipal Act.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
15.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to the amendment of the attached invoice.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n
16.\tG. Bartel \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 11:16 p.m. to meet again on August 2nd, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
