Flower & Harvest Festival
\nSeptember 9 – 11, 2016
\nSt. Andrew’s
\nUnited Church<\/p>\n
An open Flower & Harvest Festival is being held over the second week-end of September this year. <\/p>\n
The idea is to fill the Sanctuary, Foyer and Lower Hall with Floral, Fruit and Vegetable Displays, according to themes. A selection of themes will be prepared for those who wish to choose from them or others may choose their own theme from a Hymn, a Psalm, a Scripture verse or related theme, which brings glory to God.<\/p>\n
We are encouraging wide participation \u2013 ALL are invited to share in this event! A Flower & Harvest Festival is not only for floral artists! (We shall appreciate their artistic and creative skills immensely but each and every person can prayerfully create something for the gallery!) Even one flower in a vase can say something meaningful!<\/p>\n

\nPeople visit the Sanctuary to view the themed displays.<\/p>\n
\n10:30am to 2:00pm
\nSunday Worship \u2013 A Harvest Thanksgiving & Reception Service
\nFollowed by a potluck lunch.
\nFinal viewing of displays.<\/p>\n
