\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime reports as submitted,
\nBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s report.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT We do hereby agree to sell the John Deere F735 Mower at Eisner\u2019s Auction Sale on June 25th, 2016.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT Deputy Reeve Mychalchuk shall vacate the chair and Reeve Eisner shall assume the chair.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to amend the Trans 1 policy as per the attached.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the members of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council do hereby agree to go \u2018In Camera\u2019 as a Committee of the Whole in accordance with Subsection 152 (3)(b)(ii) of The Municipal Act, and with respect tto the Public Works Foreman Report.
