\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby accept the Swan Valley District Recreation Commission 2016 Budget as attached.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby implement a burning ban in the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman until further notice.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED we do hereby revoke any current burning permits.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff overtime reports as submitted,
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the aforementioned overtime shall be banked for future use or paid out with the next regular payroll as indicated on the employee\u2019s report.

6.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

7.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Mychalchuk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby approve the attendance of the Minitonas Fire Chief at \tthe 2016 Fire Chief Conference in Dauphin, MB. on June 3rd & 4th, 2016;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all applicable expenses related to said conference \twill be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached list of ads shall be sent for printing in the May 10th & 17th, 2016 edition of the Star & Times and also from May 10th to May 17th, 2016 on Valley Biz.

9.\tG. Bartel \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tWHEREAS Council has received a recommendation from the Minitonas Fire Chief for the appointment of Stan Anderson as the Deputy Fire Chief;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council does hereby agree to appoint Stan Anderson as the Minitonas Fire Department Deputy Fire Chief.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to the purchase of a uniform for the Minitonas Fire Department Fire Chief as per the attached.
\n\tCarried<\/p>\n

11.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council for the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to continue past curfew by majority of council in accordance with the current Procedures By-Law.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

12.\tG. Bartel \u2013 S. Walmsley
\n\tWHEREAS Council has been exploring the possibility of purchasing a utility meter reading system; and
\n\tWHEREAS this system will help streamline the process of reading and producing accurate water billings in Bowsman and Minitonas.
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to start the process of purchasing a meter reading system through Wolseley Mechanical in Brandon, MB.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

13.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the attendance of all members of council and the CAO, Kasey Chartrand at the Parkland June District Meeting in Winnipegosis, MB on Tuesday June 9th, 2016; and
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses shall be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

14.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the attendance of the Public Works Foreman, Daryl Chartrand at the New Regulations of Railway Crossings in Canada Seminar in Portage la Prairie, MB on Wednesday May 11st, 2016; and
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT all applicable expenses shall be paid in accordance with current Municipal Policies and By-Laws.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

15.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to hire Wayne Hay as a Labourer as per the attached.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

16.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby agree to the Contract Agreement attached hereto as Schedule \u2018A\u2019.
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT this contract will be in effect for the 2016 calendar year.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

17.\tL. Mychalchuk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to appoint Dennis Kalynuk and Jennifer Zamzow to the Swan Valley District Recreation Commission.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 12:05 a.m. to meet again on May 17th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
