\n\tRESOLVED THAT Deputy Reeve Mychalchuk does hereby assume the position of Chair for this meeting in the absence of Reeve Eisner.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the agenda be adopted as amended.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

3.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on March 15th, 2016 and the Special Meeting of Council held on March 10th and March 17th, 2016 shall be adopted as circulated.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Council does hereby agree to give a donation in the amount of $100.00 to the 2016 Graduation Class of SVRSS, Safe Grad Committee.

\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to provide a grant in the amount of $100.00 to the 2016 Annual Swan Valley 4-H Beef Show & Sale.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

6.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman does hereby approve the Staff Expense Reports as submitted.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

7.\tL. Hutman \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tRESOLVED THAT the attached ad shall be placed in the Star & Times and on Valley \tBiz for a period of 2 weeks, advertising the positions of Summer Students under the \tHometown Green Team Program for the period of May 2nd, 2016 to August 26th, 2016 \tand;
\n\tBE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the deadline for applications shall be set at 4:30 \tp.m. on Friday, April 22nd, 2016.

8.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 C. Densen
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to set the fire fighter wages for the Minitonas Fire Department and the Bowsman Fire Department as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

9.\tG. Bartel \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to set the Handivan Driver contract wages as per Schedule \u2018A\u2019 attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

10.\tC. Densen \u2013 J. Caruk
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to renew the attached contract.
\n\tCarried<\/p>\n

11.\tJ. Caruk \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do hereby agree to amend the attached job descriptions.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

12.\tC. Densen \u2013 G. Bartel
\n\tWHEREAS the Council of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman has reviewed Section 11 of the Employee Handbook and wish to make an amendment to said section;
\n\tTHEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT we do hereby amend the aforementioned section of the Municipality of Minitonas-Bowsman Employee Handbook as attached hereto.
\n\tCarried.<\/p>\n

13.\tS. Walmsley \u2013 L. Hutman
\n\tRESOLVED THAT we do now adjourn at 10:56 p.m. to meet again on April 19th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. for the next regular meeting of council.
