110 people attended an early morning Easter Service held on the river bank of Walter and Myrna Zinkiew on Sunday April 27, 2016.<\/p>\n

The weather was good, a little cool but no wind.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/br>The Easter drama included the scene of 3 crosses:<\/p>\n

the center, purple sash represented Christ, <\/p>\n

the white sash the repentant robber, <\/p>\n

the black sash the unrepentant robber.
\n<\/br>
\nOther scenes included a court yard scene, fire side with Peter’s denial, Pilate washing his hands from accusing an innocent man, Joseph a rich man donating his own new tomb for Jesus s body and Soldiers sealing the tomb.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The drama concluded with scenes of the women with spices for embalming the body running to tomb, the stone rolled away by and Angel and Disciples coming to see … the Empty Tomb … Christ Arose !<\/p>\n

11 families from 7 different churches were involved with the service with Approximately 80 people staying for brunch following the service. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Thank you and appreciation to all the youth who took part in the Drama, to Don Buhler as narrator and giving the final message and to Living Word Bible School for their part in photography and sound, Ralph Boettcher, Heather Boettcher and students for music and song. <\/p>\n

Thank you also to Fred Fuchs for parking cars, ladies for helping in kitchen, serving and donating food and to Kevin Penner for lending his video equipment.<\/p>\n
